Leon Edwards’s record, in numbers
Leon Edwards’s official record is 22-6 (1 NC). Every figure on this page is counted instead from the 21 bouts MMA Hub holds a result for — 15 wins, 5 losses and 1 no contest — because 8 bouts from the official record are not in the history we hold.
The 15 wins break down as 4 by knockout, 1 by submission and 10 by decision — 5 of 15 inside the distance, a finish rate of 33%. Across all 21 bouts with a recorded finishing round, the average bout lasted 16 minutes 5 seconds.
Leon Edwards has been stopped twice in the 21 bouts on file — 1 by knockout and 1 by submission — which is 10% of them. The last 3 bouts on file are all losses.
Of the 21 bouts MMA Hub holds a result for, 4 were for a title and 8 were the main event of the card. Two of them have come since July 2024.
Set against the 566 Welterweight fighters MMA Hub holds eight or more bouts for, Leon Edwards has a finish rate above 6% of them, a record of avoiding stoppage above 75% of them and a two-year bout count above 76% of them. The comparison is made inside the division rather than across the whole roster, because how often a division finishes depends heavily on what it weighs.
Leon Edwards is listed at 6ft 2in with a reach of 74in, fights southpaw and is 34, born 24 August 1991.
These figures are recomputed from Leon Edwards’s bout history each time results are synced, so they follow the record rather than a fixed snapshot.
